Privacy Policy
STREAMPO1NT ApS • Effective date: 29 January 2026
STREAMPO1NT ApS is a small Danish organisation dedicated to one clear purpose: we create serious, high-quality opportunities for content creators to perform at live events. We provide professional stream booths, reliable setups, and smooth coordination so creators can focus entirely on delivering great content. Once the work is done, we believe in celebrating properly — that’s when the real fun begins.
We take data protection just as seriously as we take our events. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data in a transparent, responsible and minimal way. We operate under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer as our activities do not trigger that requirement under Article 37 GDPR.
Personal data we collect
We collect only the information we actually need:
- Name
- Email address
- Postal address (when required for logistics)
- Telephone number (optional)
- Social media handles / usernames
- Event participation history and basic preferences
We do not collect special categories of data (sensitive data) and we never ask for more than is strictly necessary to deliver our service.
How we obtain your data
- Directly from you when you get in touch, sign our interest list or accept an event invitation
- Occasionally from event organisers or venues — but only data they are lawfully allowed to share with us and only what is needed for your participation
We do not purchase data lists or obtain information from third parties without a proper basis.
Why we process your data & legal basis
We process personal data for these limited purposes:
- To manage our creator contact list and match suitable creators with suitable events
- To coordinate logistics, booth setup and event-day execution
- To communicate confirmations, schedules and necessary updates
- To handle basic post-event follow-up (vouchers, simple feedback)
- To comply with legal obligations (accounting, contracts, tax)
Legal bases we rely on (GDPR Art. 6):
- Performance of a contract / steps prior to entering a contract
- Legitimate interests (carefully balanced — running a small professional matchmaking service)
- Consent (only for optional items such as marketing messages or extra contact channels)
- Legal obligation
Who we share data with
We share data only when strictly necessary:
- With the specific event organiser / venue for that one event (limited to name, contact details needed for access & setup, and your public social handles)
- With CreatorStories (creatorstories.net) — only public identifiers (social handles, event names, associated company/venue names) for event history tracking, voucher distribution and feedback collection
- With our trusted processors (email service, secure file storage) under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements
- With public authorities if legally required
We do not sell personal data. Ever.
International transfers
If a service provider is located outside the EEA, we use European Commission-approved safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent) to ensure your data remains protected.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the size and nature of our business:
- Encryption where appropriate
- Access restricted to necessary personnel
- Regular review of security practices
In the unlikely event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Danish Data Protection Agency and — where required — affected individuals without undue delay.
How long we keep data
- Active creator contacts: for the duration of our working relationship + up to 5 years (limitation period for contractual claims)
- Event-related correspondence: up to 2 years
- Anonymised statistics: indefinitely
Afterwards we securely delete or irreversibly anonymise the information.
Your rights
You have the following rights under GDPR:
- Right to access your data
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to object
- Right to data portability
- Right to withdraw consent (where we rely on consent)
- Right to lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet (www.datatilsynet.dk)
To exercise any of these rights, simply email contact@streampo1nt.com. We aim to respond within one month.
Age restriction
